Projects fail — and sometimes disaster is unavoidable.

Cost overruns, reduced scope, and declining quality can quickly erode value, derail strategic ambitions, and in severe cases shut down entire business areas. Headlines are full of large‑scale projects that never recovered.

In today’s volatile and rapidly changing environment, continuous disruptions are inevitable. Organizations must therefore be able to absorb change without letting projects collapse or lose their benefits.

This webinar explores Project Recovery Maturity:

How prepared is your organization when a project goes off track? Do you have the right project management capabilities, recovery readiness, and governance in place? And crucially — how do you successfully establish and execute a structured recovery effort?

Learn how to bring failing projects back to life and safeguard business value.

By joining this webinar, you will learn how to:

  • Strengthen your organisation’s project recovery maturity and handle failing projects with confidence.
  • Build stronger governance structures and establish effective early‑warning indicators.
  • Integrate regular project health checks to identify risks before they escalate.
  • Ensure your organisation is prepared for timely and effective recovery interventions.
  • Implement a standardised recovery framework — from assessment and root‑cause analysis to solution selection and project restart.
  • Elevate the execution discipline required to drive a successful recovery project.
  • Understand the leadership behaviours and cultural enablers needed to make recovery efforts succeed and stick.

Why participate in this webinar?

This webinar is designed for senior professionals who play a critical role in shaping project success and strategic outcomes. It is especially relevant for you if you:

  • Oversee multiple initiatives as a program or portfolio manager responsible for strategic alignment and delivery.

This session is ideal for decision makers who want to strengthen governance, boost project success rates, and maximize business value—particularly when projects hit turbulence and require decisive recovery.
