Henrik is Vice President and Project Management Consultant at Mannaz. He has more than 30 years of experience working in engineering, construction, oil and gas and life sciences.
Originally trained as a structural engineer, he spent his first five years of his professional life working in this discipline, specifically responsible for design. He then broadened out to roles in management, project management and eventually, change management. He is particularly passionate about creating results through effective collaboration, detailed planning and the thorough implementation of projects.
Nathan Kunkel bought a one-way ticket to Denmark 37 years ago and never looked back, sparking a lifelong interest in the nature of change and effective communication. He’s worked as a freelancer for most of his professional life, as well as having done longer stints at the United Nations and A.P. Møller Mærsk.
Over the past 10 years, his primary focus has been on operationalizing project and strategic business value delivery, working in both the public and commercial sectors as well as conducting training sessions at Teknologisk Institut and guest lecturing at CPH ITU. He is co-founder of ValuePoint, an independent consultancy and think-tank firm that offers client services with operationally friendly, business value delivery focus; and is qualified to certify professionals in Totally Optimized Projects’ Value Equation, a niche set of processes and models to drive the practical delivery of business value and which has been lauded by both Gartner and the Harvard Business School.
