At a time when projects are being postponed or cancelled, this virtual inspiration webinar will discuss Portfolio Management. When the crisis is over, organisations will resume their projects. What do you have to be aware of and how do you start the right projects again?
This webinar will provide you with the tools and informations required to take the essential first steps after the crisis and how you identify which projects to prioritise.

Effective Portfolio Management is essential in achieving strategic goals for an organisation. But a certain level of project maturity is also needed. What is project maturity in an organisation and how is it characterised?
This webinar will introduce you to concrete tools used to decide which projects should go ahead. We will also provide you with a brief introduction on how to score, choose and maintain your project portfolio.
You will meet 2 of Mannaz’ most experienced consultants in this field. Hans Arnbjerg has designed many Project Offices and is an expert in Portfolio Management. Henrik Bjerregaard is a consultant in Project Management and has many years of operational experience within Portfolio Management in production units, oil and gas, construction and shipping industries.

The webinar is primarily target towards project managers as well as managers of project managers working in the public or private sector as well as NGO’s. You are also welcome if you want to know more about managing a multitude of projects or maybe you consider starting a project management unit yourself.

Hans Arnbjerg has 25 years of experience with project, programme and portfolio management. Hans has been Head of PMO, Steering Committee chairman, project manager, programme manager, portfolio responsible, functional manager and Head of department.
Hans has been working with H. Lundbeck, Novo Nordisk, Genmab, Mannaz and Missionpharma.
Since 2010 Hans had run the consultancy Project Governance, that focuses on helping organisations start, develop and implement PMO’s in both the public and private sector.
Since 2010 Hans has contributed to the development of more than 80 PMO’s in Danish and international companies across several industries.
Henrik Bjerregaard Nielsen is a Client Director and consultant in project management in Mannaz. He has more than 25 years of experience across a range of international industries such as engineering, construction, oil and gas, shipping and IT. Originally, Henrik is a construction engineer, he holds an MBA and started out with engineering design and site supervision. Eventually he made the jump into management, project management and change management. Henrik is passionate about creating results through efficient project management, project planning and project execution within the organization, inclusion of stakeholders as well as ensuring that the business case is met.
