Decision Making in Uncertain Times
- A Complimentary Webinar

A deep dive into how decision making can go wrong in uncertain times and a tool that you can use to make tricky decisions in the future.

This virtual working session explores the psychological impact of uncertainty from the perspective of decision quality and process.

We introduce a robust decision framework, and discuss the importance of effective process to mitigate our inherent limitations.

Finally, we invite you to join us in a “silent coaching” experience as you apply the framework to an impending decision in private reflection, and determine next step actions.

Please bring a decision to the session that you will take soon, however if you prefer you may use the coaching experience to reflect critically on a recent decision taken.

Take Aways

  • Insight into the psychological impact of uncertainty on our waking experience
  • Appreciate the personal and organisation consequences of non-rational decision-making
  • Tips and tricks to improve your decision-making discipline and decision effectiveness
  • A robust decision tool to take away and use
