Practical learning method

During the course, you and your fellow participants will be divided into groups who will each plan and conduct their own start-up seminar. Together with your group, you will decide on the process and the tools you wish to use. These choices depend on the selected project assignment as well as the composition of your project team. This active project start-up can inspire you in future project start-ups, at the beginning of each stage, during a change of pace or if you need to bring your project back on track.

Play and creativity

The course focuses on team development, as this helps projects get off to a flying start. You will be working on challenges associated with fostering a sense of commitment and community related to problem-solving. We will focus on things like creative thinking and incorporating play as a supplement during the stage of establishment, as it helps promote the development of a team.

A couple of weeks before the course, you will receive an email from the facilitator introducing a team assignment that must be solved virtually prior to the course.
