Learning Lab – Leadership Resilience and Organisational Health

1 day    |    880 HK$Enroll

Innovation in the business world is accelerating exponentially, with new disruptive technologies and trends emerging that are fundamentally changing how businesses and the global economy operates.

These changes, along with a growing need to do more with less, often leave us feeling that high performance demands a very personal price. As a leader we often ask ourselves ‘Is this new level of performance sustainable?’

To adapt, thrive, and innovate in this context, we need to be resilient. Resilient people respond well to pressure. And when they come under pressure, they know they have the mental resilience to overcome adversity and deliver on performance goals.

Do you have what it takes to thrive in a rapidly changing world?

Mannaz Learning Lab

Leadership consultant Jason White will facilitate a highly interactive and engaging session, as well as overview current research and trends relating to the importance of resilience, particularly in a multispeed context:

This event is the first in our quarterly Learning Lab series for 2018.  It’s a great opportunity to hone your leadership skills, experience a high impact Mannaz learning experience, and network with a diverse crowd outside of your own company.

During the event, we’ll explore:

  • An individual resilience assessment, so that you see in what ways you’re resilient (or not) and how to build even greater resilience.
  • Research linking leadership, resilience and organisational health - and why being resilient matters to you, your team and your company.
  • Practice leadership behaviours, learn and apply new theories, and receive feedback on how you’re coming across as a leader given the changing context.
