Lead Consultant within Agile Project Leadership

Do you have the qualifications to act as a trusted advisor to some of the world’s leading companies and enable them to unlock the full potential of their project leadership and organisational capabilities? Then you may be the person we are looking for.

At Mannaz, we are experiencing an increased demand of our services within project leadership and change management. We are looking for a highly experienced consultant to join our Copenhagen office. As we are working with some of the world’s leading companies, we are looking for a senior-level consultant with a proven track record of designing and facilitating highly value adding programmes within project leadership and portfolio and change management.

You will be part of a highly specialized team, who are working with leading companies in Denmark and internationally. You will be responsible for managing and developing a portfolio of existing clients and besides account management and new business development the role includes a combination of facilitation of advanced development programmes, instructional design and consultancy. It is crucial that you have the ability of understanding the client’s business and challenges for you to propose the best solution.

As Mannaz focuses on global businesses with cross-border activities the role includes travelling to some extent.

Key tasks include

  • Advising clients on strategic and tactical issues within project leadership and portfolio management
  • Delivering and facilitating programmes and workshops either virtually or at face-to-face interventions
  • Managing client accounts as a true value adding business partner
  • Preparation and writing of proposals as well as presentations for both existing accounts and prospects
  • Designing and delivering bespoke project management development solutions and consulting assignments with leading, global organisations

You will be reporting to Dorthe Thyrri Rasmussen.

Your qualifications / experience

  • Solid background within Agile Project Management, Portfolio Management and Project Leadership
  • A sound business acumen
  • Innovative mindset that can be transferred into design of business learning programmes
  • The capability of being consultative and understanding a client’s business and potential challenges
  • Experience of managing bid and presentation teams
  • An international recognized Project Management certification e.g. PMI, PRINCE2 or IPMA
  • A relevant master degree possible within engineering

Your personal skills

  • Passion for people and project management
  • Excellent organisational skills, self-motivated but able to work as part of an entrepreneurial team
  • Sophisticated operator able to build coalitions of support within organisations
  • Energetic and self-driven.
