Client Director for Sweden

Are you solidly founded within leadership and organizational development and capable of leveraging your capacity and help clients improve their businesses? And do you have the skills to account lead some of the leading companies in Sweden? Then this might be an interesting career opportunity for you.

At Mannaz, we are organizing for significant growth and we see great potential in expanding further in Sweden where we currently have footprints with office registration in Malmö and presence in Stockholm. In our efforts to grasp the opportunities ahead of us, we are looking for a client director to join our team in Sweden and to lead our account activities in and around Stockholm.

You will be responsible for leading a portfolio of larger accounts in Sweden to whom you will be business advisor. Our aim is to help our clients grow their business and it is crucial that we take the time to truly understand their business and challenges – by applying your strategic and commercial mind-set and your understanding of leadership development we expect you to be able to do so.

Key tasks include

  • Lead and manage large client accounts.
  • Deliver on our growth ambitions by growing existing clients as well as finding new.
  • Act as a trusted business partner, who can support, challenge, (advise) and help our clients grow their businesses.
  • Create, design and facilitate leadership programmes and other key deliveries at selected clients.
  • Understanding and matching Mannaz service portfolio with clients’ needs.

Your qualifications and experience

  • A relevant master degree or equivalent.
  • At least 10 years’ experience in consultancy in the field of strategy, leadership and organizational development.
  • Be able to build the bridge between the customer's strategic goals and leadership development.
  • Strong record of accomplishment within business development, sales and account management.
  • Excellent consulting and facilitation skills with record of accomplishment.
  • A sound business and commercial acumen.

  • Able to contribute quickly to an existing platform of business.
