At Mannaz, we are organizing for significant growth and we see great potential in expanding further in Sweden where we currently have footprints with office registration in Malmö and presence in Stockholm. In our efforts to grasp the opportunities ahead of us, we are looking for an additional team member to join our Swedish practice within Leaders & Talents.
The role requires you to excel within facilitation of leadership development processes, designing processes for how to handle change and how to cooperate across borders. You will be delivering either on your own or in pair with a colleague. You will also have to be experienced and willing to do proposal writing. Most of the delivering work takes place at our clients’ locations and will include travel.
At Mannaz, we have launched an ambitious growth strategy and as a Mannaz employee, you will be part of a smaller Swedish team working with both public and private sector, supported by a strong international organisation. As a part of our growth strategy, we expect you to co-create and actively explore and participate in the synergy that emerges in cross-border cooperation.
