Mannaz’ terms and conditions for courses and educational programmes
Enrolment:
Your enrolment is binding.
Cancellation and transfer:
Any cancellation or transfer to a different course must be in writing (letter or email) according to the guidelines below:
- More than seven weeks prior to course start: no charge
- Between 7 and 2 weeks prior to course start: 35% of course price
- Less than two weeks prior to course start: 100% of course price (full price)
Cancellation:
In order to maintain the high quality of our courses, we reserve the right to cancel any course if, for example, the number of participants means that each participant will not obtain maximum benefit from the course. In such cases, we naturally reserve a spot on the first-available course with the same content. Should the participant not wish to participate in a future course, a credit note will automatically be issued for the course that was cancelled.
Prices:
All prices include course material, accommodation and meals, but exclude VAT and travel expenses, unless stated otherwise. The course will be invoiced immediately after enrolment.
Mannaz reserves the right to make price changes and accepts no liability for any printing errors.
Missing invoice information:
Any missing invoice information, such as correct company name, EAN No., Purchase Order No., etc. that requires the invoice to be re-invoiced will be subject to a fee of DKK 500.00.
Terms of payment:
Terms of payment is 30 days net from date of invoice.
Lack of payment:
Late payment is subject to interest for each month or part of a month and a late fee of DKK 250.00.
