DIEU opens London office summer 2003

Leadership and executive development is a matter of trust. Regular contact and networks are crucial to building trust and confidence to develop and deliver successful development solutions with our clients. DIEUs aim is to be close to our customers and partners by having a presence in major European centres. In 2000, we opened our first office outside Denmark in Bruxelles and summer 2003 another office in central London was opened.

We have worked successfully with customers in the UK for more than 4 years now, and have found that they particularly value our innovative and creative approach to leadership development, combined with a professional customer orientation culture.

DIEUs flexible business model with our ability to create blended solutions using a variety of management school professors and business psychologists is unique. Our quality focus and responsiveness are also key differentiators. The European Quality Award 1999 as well as the Best Place to Work Award 2001 illustrate that we practise what we preach.

Inger Buus joined DIEU in 2000 and is the Managing Director of DIEU UK. Inger has over the past ten years designed and delivered customised leadership development internationally. Her experience includes a unique blend of business and people management, internal corporate and external consultancy, operational line management and HR responsibilities ranging from conceptualisation and policy formulation through to implementation. In all her roles, Inger has combined her passion for people development with a clear focus on business results.
Inger has published in the national and international HR press, is an awarded conference speaker and holds an MA in French from Copenhagen Business School (1992) and an MBA from Cranfield School of Management (1997). She is a Visiting Executive Fellow at Henley Management College and tutors on their Business Coaching programme. Inger is a Chartered Member of the Institute of Personnel and Development. She is a Danish national who lives in the UK with her family.
