During the last couple of years we have had an increasing demand for our global services, and in order to further stimulate our international growth we are looking for a highly skilled and ambitious Client Director. The Client Director will be responsible for growing our business and for enabling real achievement for our clients.

      Your responsibilities

      You will be part of our Client Director team and work closely with your colleagues to grow our market share and maintain our exceptionally high client satisfaction and loyalty.  

      Key tasks include:

      • Develop new business, working closely with your client director colleagues
      • Nurture our long term relationships with major clients
      • Orchestrating Mannaz client events, applied research studies and potentially speaking at conferences
      • Design frontrunner PM development solutions with our clients
      • Deliver and facilitate programmes/workshops, virtual sessions or face-to-face interventions
      • Advising clients on strategic and tactical issues within project management and leadership
      • Maintain our position as quality providers of Project Management and Learning through on-going development of our solutions.

      As our clients are global companies, you are likely to travel to locations all over the world. The position reports to the EVP of Project Management.

      Your qualifications

      • Track record of selling complex consultancy solutions, preferably in Project Management, Business Execution or similar.
      • International experience and fluency in English (oral and writing)
      • Experience as Project Manager on complex projects and preferably a PM certification (PMI, PRINCE2 and/or IPMA)
      • Highly skilled and ambitious, flexible and collaborative, and with drive and initiative
      • A relevant Master degree
      • A passion for people and project leadership development

    • Mannaz achieves unique client satisfaction

      Mannaz scores 82 in Client Satisfaction and 86 in Client Loyalty in the Client Satisfaction Survey 2013 conducted by the independent consultancy company Ennova.

      For Mannaz some of the most important assets are client satisfaction and loyalty and thus the Client Satisfaction Survey remains a vital event for the company. The purpose of the Client Satisfaction Survey 2013 was to obtain the clients’ assessments of their satisfaction as well as their loyalty towards Mannaz. Through the achieved results we are able to evaluate our performance and focus our efforts on how we can create even better solutions for our customers.

      An impressive score

      The most recent Client Satisfaction Survey from 2011 showed a Client Satisfaction of 79, while the Client Loyalty was 86. The new survey conducted by Ennova concludes that the Client Loyalty index remains at 86 %, while the Client Satisfaction index has increased to 82.

      The CEO of Mannaz Mette Vestergaard express great satisfaction with the results: “This is indeed a significant achievement. The results are important to Mannaz – the satisfaction and loyalties of our clients are the most important business factors”

      Top Performance

      The independent consultancy company Ennova is specialised in customers relations, and has conducted and analysed the survey.  Ennova conducts some of the most advanced Client Satisfaction Surveys in the world by using the so-called ESPI-rating. The fact that Mannaz – once again – scores above 80 in the rating can be denoted as a top performance, which puts the company in the in top across organisations and branches internationally.
