“Certainly the “leading performance” program I was part of in 2003 while being at Fujitsu was the best program I have participated in so far. The learning from sharing thoughts with others and working with people in similar roles was fantastic. I still benefit from that. For me personally the chance to work with business psychologists in a group but also one and one has helped me to find my style of people management as well as to identify what is needed to ensure long time motivation on a very personal level.
