Claus Havemann AndersenClaus Havemann Andersen – Executive Vice President
Claus Havemann Andersen joined Mannaz in 2005 and is the Executive Vice President of Project Management. He is a Danish national and has worked in both Danish and International organisations.

A large part of his work has been focused on executing international projects around the world. Starting out being a Project Manager working on EU projects, It projects, R&D projects and organisational change projects within the public and financial sector. Later becoming a Project Management Officer before focusing on consultancy/facilitation with expertise within project governance, project leadership and project management. Beside this his area of expertise includes design of development initiatives for larger global organisations, Flexible Learning™ solutions and consultancy on increasing organisational project maturity.

Claus holds a Master of Law and Economy from Copenhagen Business School and an IPMA certificate.

Dorthe Thyrri RasmussenDorthe Thyrri Rasmussen – Client Director
Dorthe Thyrri Rasmussen is a Senior Managing Consultant with more than 15 years of experience as Project Manager and Line Manager. She has a professional background from Mærsk Data and IBM as Head of the Project Management Offices.

She has specialised in professionalising project management offices in large companies as well as in implementing Must-Win Battles. She has worked as a consultant for a number of years with mostly large international companies. Dorthe has a Masters in Economics and Quality Management. She holds PMI and PRINCE2 certifications and is very familiar with IPMA. She is a skilled trainer in project management and often does her training in English.

Leif GodskLeif Godsk – Client Director
When Leif Godsk became a consultant at Mannaz in 1999, he had more than 25 years of experience as Project Manager and IT manager. Leif Godsk has a professional background from the banking and insurance industry, where he has been responsible for a number of large strategic IT and business development projects and portfolios of projects. Since 1999, Leif Godsk has been a consultant at Mannaz, supporting companies from all kind of industries in improving their project management competencies. He is a skilled trainer and PM consultant, and has a long track record of successfully completed PM training and consultancy assignments for national and international Clients.

For the past 4 years his major focus has been on high level project management consultancy and counseling, designing of project management learning programs and facilitation of complex project management training programs.

Lars Frisk RossenLars Frisk Rossen – Client Director
Lars is an experienced leader who – through own experiences built on best practices -delivers impact on results for companies and individuals within the Program and Change Leadership area. Lars comes with a background as Senior Program Manager and Project Director with companies such as LEGO A/S, Maersk, GN Great Nordic and Captain in The Royal Guards.

Having lead multiple start-ups and turn-arounds within Product Management, Program Management and Performance Excellence his expertise is focused on leading leaders through chaos and change. Bridging the theory and the best practices with an entrepreneurial mindset makes him unique in assisting individual and organizational development. Clients appreciate Lars for being an engaging energetic and pragmatic facilitator committed to making solutions and development relevant and making it stick.

Mogens MikkelsenMogens Mikkelsen – Principal Consultant
Mogens is Project Management Consultant with more than 10 years of experience as Project Manager, recently as Senior Project Manager at Maersk Data. In addition Mogens has more than 5 years experience of teaching and coaching Project Managers and other professionals.

He has worked as a consultant for a number of years in both small and large Danish and international companies. He has a special interest in change management and execution processes within project management. He has a degree as Master of Science and hold a IPMA and a PRINCE2 certifications. He is very familiar with the knowledge areas of PMI. He is a skilled trainer in project management and often conducts her training in English.

Lonnie SylvestLonnie Sylvest – Principal Consultant
Lonnie Sylvest joined Mannaz in February 2011 as a principal Project Management Consultant. Danish nationality, she has more than 15 year’s experience in Project Management, working with Project Management and Project Management methods. Lonnie has worked for International companies for many years and has also been an independent consultant for 5 years specialized in Project Management.

Lonnie has as a facilitator depth knowledge and experience in the whole Project Management process of training and bridging the theory and the best practices from need analysis, design, and delivery as well as the follow-up process.

Kirsten HørslevKirsten Hørslev – Business Relations Manager
Kirsten joined Mannaz in February 2005 as Communications Coordinator in the Graphics department where she worked with communication and publishing. Kirsten has had several positions in Mannaz relating to communication and support tasks. In July 2012 she transitioned to the role of Business Support Manager where she is responsible for client relationships, marketing activities as well as managing the proposal processes. She is also responsible for the management of the external network of associates. Kirsten holds a BSc in Chemical Engineering. Before joining Mannaz Kirsten worked as an independent in the printing industry.

Mathias HovindMathias Hovind – Vice President Nordic
Mathias joined Mannaz in 2012 as VP for Leaders Nordic. Mathias’ work ethic is based on the principle of total dedication to employees and client relations – and he finds it both necessary and satisfying to give his all in an effort to create clarity, strong relations and thus value in the organisations in which he is involved.

Mathias supports complex organisational development processes through building leadership capability in order to realise the common ambition and manage the common task. Mathias has both extensive experience from the perspective of an external consultant and an internal Change Manager. This combination gives the opportunity to understand and design solutions that creates measureable value for clients. Mathias has facilitated E*MBA programmes for several years being an integral part of a highly skilled international faculty.

Mathias is certified in Myers-Briggs type indicator (MBTI), The Team Diamond, EQ-i (emotional intelligence), PAPI recruitment- and employee development tool, NEO-PI-R (personality traits) and Project Management at Implement.

Jacob B. TheilgaardJacob B. Theilgaard – Client Director/Consultant
Jacob has several years of experience with organizational development and process consultation. Here he has specialized in leadership development and leadership education. Jacob is also a skilled teacher and has a broad experience with competency and organizational development.
For many years Jacob has also been working as a development consultant in numerous types of organizations and has among other things developed and created leadership development courses for leaders of this type of organizations.

Pernille GrovePernille Grove – Client Director
Pernille Grove joined Mannaz in Copenhagen in September 2010. She has worked with leaders and leadership for the past 20 years. Her areas of expertise include executive and leader development, conflict resolution, coaching, team development and personal leadership.

Pernille was working several years in corporate HR-functions as well as rival firms prior to joining Mannaz. She has a degree in Psychology from the University of Copenhagen in 1994 and was granted authorization by The Danish Supervisory Board of Psychological Practice in 1998.

Line Thatt JensenLine Thatt Jensen – Principal Consultant
Line Thatt Jensen joined Mannaz in Copenhagen in December 2011. She has worked with leaders and leadership for more than 10 years. Her areas of expertise include executive and leader development, communication, coaching, team development and personal leadership.

Line has been working several years in corporate HR-functions as well as a private consultant prior to joining Mannaz. She has a degree in Psychology from the University of Aarhus in 2002 and was granted authorization by The Danish Supervisory Board of Psychological Practice in 2005.

Dorte Høyer AdamsenDorte Høyer Adamsen – Principal Consultant
Dorte holds a M.Sc. degree in Psychology (cand.psych) from the University of Copenhagen. She has more than 10 years of teaching experience working on internal business courses as well as working as an external consultant. Dorte has worked as a consultant for a number of different types of organizations and she is familiar with the facilitation of multiple topics to smaller as well as larger groups.

Dorte specialties in leader development (individuals and groups), leadership development (values, culture, structure, communication), coaching and consultancy. Concept designer and developer of programmes, project manager.
Dorte is a development-orientated business psychologist with a business minded flair and a broad experience of the business world. Leadership consultant who focuses on individual, strategy and business.

She is certified in JTI and Belbin®s Team Roles, DTU course in Project Management, organization and business understanding and Project manager course at TrygVestas. Furthermore she holds a basic course in job-oriented testing.

Marianne Bondo NielsenMarianne Bondo Nielsen – Principal Consultant
Marianne Bondo Nielsen joined Mannaz in March 2000 as Project Coordinator in the Leaders department where she managed global and complex leadership programmes. In May 2009 Marianne transitioned to the role of Team Leader for a team of 7 project coordinators and transitioned again in July 2012 to Business Support Manager.

She is now responsible for client relationships, business development and marketing activities as well as managing proposal processes. She holds a MSc in Human Resource Management from Copenhagen Business School.

Inger Buus webInger Buus – Executive Vice President
Inger Buus joined in 2000 and is the Executive Vice President of Mannaz EMEA. A Danish national, she has always worked internationally in European and global line and HR roles, both in-house and in consultancy. She started her career in operations management with Rank Xerox UK before specialising in leadership and organisational development. She has designed and delivered customised leadership development to a broad range of global clients. Her areas of expertise include entrepreneurship, strategic off-sites at c-suite level, high potential programmes, executive coaching, leadership development solutions, blended learning solutions, professionals and consultancy skills programmes.

Inger is an accredited executive coach and facilitator, has published in the national and international HR press, and holds an MA in French from Copenhagen Business School (1992) and an MBA from Cranfield School of Management (1997). She is a Chartered Member of the Institute of Personnel and Development.

Jonathan Besser webJonathan Besser – Director of Business Development
Jonathan Besser joined Mannaz in August 2012 as Director of Business Development. Jonathan has been involved in education for over 10 years and has been designing and delivering corporate executive education solutions since 2005. Prior to joining Mannaz, Jonathan was involved in business development and programme delivery within the executive development area. Jonathan has partnered with clients for delivery in over 45 countries around the world, spending significant amounts of time in Europe, Africa and the USA. Jonathan believes passionately in the importance of executive development and enjoys working with a broad range of multi-national corporations. Jonathan lives in London with his wife and two young daughters

Nathan Hobbs

Nathan Hobbs – Client Director
Nathan Hobbs joined Mannaz in London as a Client Director in October 2010. His areas of expertise include executive and leader development, coaching, team development, executive assessment, and managing change within the HR function. Nathan was practice leader and consulting team manager with two rival firms prior to joining Mannaz. Nathan has significant experience of working within manufacturing, technology, energy and financial services in particular. He has a first degree in Applied Psychology from the University of Wales Institute of Science and Technology, and an MA in Management Learning from Lancaster University Management School. He trained with the Tavistock Institute of Human Relations as an organisational consultant.

Ita Dureke – Client Director
Ita Dureke joined in 2009 and is a Client Director of Mannaz EMEA. Ita began her career in retail management, working for the Brown Thomas Group, in the high-street subsidiary company called A-Wear as a manager. In the past 15 years, Ita has designed, delivered and evaluated management and leadership development programmes. She also has particular interests in identifying and sustaining behavioural change, engaging employees and capturing return on investment. Ita is a Chartered Business Psychologist and assessor for the British Psychological Society’s Division of Occupational Psychology. Ita is from Ireland and lives in the UK with her husband and children.

Paul Blackhurst – Client Director
Paul Blackhurst joined Mannaz as a Client Director in September 2011. He has delivered development programs in 45 countries and combines deep understanding of capability development with real-life awareness of commercial reality.

As a Chartered Marketer, he spent the early part of his career in B2B Marketing and Sales before moving into the world of training and development as a Program Director in the 1990’s. He was a Global Practice Leader for American Management Association before starting and running his own successful consulting business for 10 years. His areas of expertise include leader-manager development, coaching, blended learning and the transfer of learning into the workplace. Paul has worked with a huge variety of blue-chip organizations and has significant experience of working within the Telecoms, Healthcare and Financial Services sectors. He has a first degree in Engineering from the University of Birmingham, and an MBA from Bradford University. He also trained with the NTL Institute where he gained a Diploma in OD and he has an Advanced Diploma in Management Consulting from Henley Business School.

Charles JonesCharles Jones – Client Director
Charles Jones joined Mannaz as a Client Director in May 2011 and is a development consultant and chartered occupational psychologist. He has 15 years of experience of designing, delivering and project management of large-scale assignments in the areas of Leadership Development, Talent Management and Competency Development. In the last 5 years Charles has developed a deep knowledge of Executive Coaching .He previously was Head of Coaching at Right Management executive coaching practice and has a lot of experience within assessment/development centres. He is Psychometric Trained to Level A and B Standard, MBTI Qualified, and is a Chartered Psychologist (BPS), Member of International Coaching Federation, Member of Association for Coaching and Member of BPS Special Interest Group in Coaching Psychology.

Valerie SchoenfelderValerie Schönfelder – Client Director
Valerie Schönfelder joined in early 2011 as a Client Director, EMEA. Valerie has over 30 years of international experience. She has served in both consulting and in-house management roles principally in Europe. Over the past seven years, she has custom designed integrated leadership development initiatives, facilitated programs around the world, as well as trained other facilitators. Prior to this, her primary focus was on helping organisations to identify and shift their organisational culture. In addition Valerie is an experienced executive and team coach. Born in the US, Valerie moved to Denmark to complete degrees in International Business and Economics. She has also lived in Austria and presently resides in Belgium with her husband and two children.

Desi Kimmins webDesi Kimmins – Client Director
Desi Kimmins joined Mannaz as a Client Director EMEA in March 2012. She is an experienced, international, Human Resources professional with an expertise defined by more than 9 years experience of working for a large Dutch Financial institution based in the Netherlands. In her last role she was Head of Leadership Development & Talent Acquisition for the European Asset Management Division. Her areas of expertise are Leadership Development; Talent Identification & Management; Training; Facilitation, Coaching, Organisational Design, Change & Development; Employee Recruitment and Profiling, Retention and Performance Measurement. Born in Geneva, Switzerland, Desi moved to The Netherlands to complete her Masters Degree in Organisational Psychology. She now lives in London and is fluent in English, Dutch and French.

Celine Boulhaya

Celine Boulhaya – Executive Assistant
Celine Boulhaya joined Mannaz in March 2009 as the Executive Assistant for Mannaz EMEA and in July 2012 transitioned to the role of Business Support Manager where she is responsible for client relationships, business development and marketing activities as well as managing proposal processes. She is also responsible for the management of the external network of associates, and is regularly organising client and networking events in UK and other countries. She is a French national of mixed origins (French /Algerian) who came to live in UK in 1994. She studied in London and graduated with a BA (Hons) in Applied Languages in 1999, she is fluent in French, English and Spanish. Before joining Mannaz her career to date had been mainly within the hospitality and tourism industries. She has over 10 years experience in Office & Operations Management.

Lara LangmanLara Langman – Project Manager
Lara Langman joined Mannaz in November 2007 as a Project Manager. Holding a Masters in Law, Lara started her career as a legal consultant where she gained experience in project management and networking with global remote teams before taking a deep interest in implementing and managing global and complex Leadership programmes for international banks and firms. Lara is fluent in French and English. She a is a Belgian national with an international upbringing.

Heike CronqvistHeike Cronqvist
Heike Cronqvist joined Mannaz in November 2010. She holds a MSc in Human Resource Management from the London School of Economics and Political Science and is CIPD qualified. Before joining Mannaz, she worked 3 years as a Training Specialist at the London Head Office of Marriott International, Inc. There she conducted in-depth analyses of training needs, as well as designed, delivered and evaluated training programmes. Heike is a Danish national with German roots. She grew up in Luxembourg and studied in Germany and the UK.

Anna PrajsAnna Prajs – Project Manager / Consultant
Anna Prajs joined Mannaz in August 2011 as a Project Manager / Consultant. She is a polish national and holds a masters in Business Psychology from Gdansk University in Poland, and also trained in Psychotherapy and Counseling. She previously worked for Impact International and gained in depth knowledge and experience in the whole process of training and development, from need analysis, design, delivery as well as the follow-up process. During her 9 years there as a consultant, both in Poland and the UK, she had a wonderful opportunity to work in an international environment with a culturally diverse people.

Monika Wieckowski – Project Coordinator
Monika Wieckowski joined Mannaz in January 2012 as a Project Coordinator. Monika is a US national with Polish roots. She grew up in Milwaukee, Wisconsin and has recently moved to the UK. Before joining Mannaz, Monika worked three years as a Learning and Development Program Coordinator managing company-wide employee development programs for Northwestern Mutual, a financial services firm. She has over eight years of large and small project management experience. Monika holds degrees in Marketing, International Business and Polish Language from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. She also spent a year abroad in Krakow, Poland studying Marketing and Management at the Jagiellonian University.

Claudia Kircherr webClaudia Kirchherr – Executive Assistant
Claudia Kirchherr Mannaz in London as Executive Assistant in June 2012. She is a German national and came to live in the UK in 2007. Before joining Mannaz, Claudia has mainly worked in the translation industry, managing multiple projects and agendas while gaining valuable experience in office and operations management. Claudia holds a MA in English and American Literature, Linguistics and Sociology from the University of Wuppertal, Germany. Amongst other areas, Claudia is responsible for the smooth running of the International office, events organising as well as being the main point of contact for the Mannaz Network of Associates.

Anna JaworskiAnna Jaworski – Project Coordinator
Anna Jaworski joined Mannaz in March 2013 as a Project Coordinator. She is German of nationality, with Polish roots. She recently relocated to London. Anna holds a Master in Education with focus on adult education from the University of Muenster, Germany. She started her career as a Project coordinator for a German training company, where she was responsible for the coordination and realisation of projects and training services from idea generation to implementation. Furthermore Anna worked for the Department of Business Psychology at the Fresenius University in Hamburg. Her experiences within the field of Further and Higher Education comprise coordination of training services, lecturing and general project management.

Jørgen Thorsell – CEO
Jørgen ThorsellDr. Jørgen Thorsell, CEO Mannaz Ltd. is responsible for Mannaz’ operations in Asia. He has been with Mannaz since 1984, with a break from 1987 to 1990 when he gained his Doctorate degree in corporate strategy from United States International University, San Diego. Jorgen has been a key contributor to the international expansion of Mannaz since 1992 including opening offices in Europe and in Asia. Also, he took the initiative to some of Mannaz’ major achievements, such as winning the European Quality Award in 1999 and being internationally recognised by being runner up for the EFMD Innovation in Executive Development Award in 2007. Jorgen is a serious contributor to new thinking in effective leadership development based on his deep engagement in international studies in the area.

Justin Bridge – Managing Director
Justin BridgeJustin Bridge, Managing Director of Mannaz Asia, has worked with leaders and leadership teams all over the world for the past 20 years. Like all Mannaz facilitators he is highly experienced in providing leadership development focused on each leader’s real-life, real-time challenges, making learning immediately relevant and impactful. With a background in management consulting, Justin has worked across a dozen industries in over 25 countries. In his role as a leadership development professional, Justin has worked with numerous organisations on a global scale. Justin was born and raised in New Zealand, attained his MBA in the U.K. and has spent his career equally divided between Europe and the Far East.

Fiona Gardner – Senior Consultant
Fiona GardnerFiona Gardner has been with Mannaz since 2007, and moved to Hong Kong in 2011 to assist in setting up the Mannaz Asia office. She is a Senior Consultant, with a background in occupational psychology and is a certified executive coach. Fiona has years of experience of being involved in the design, development and facilitation of leadership and management development programmes. She is further responsible for managing the associate network in Asia and maintaining client accounts. Fiona grew up in Zimbabwe, studied and worked in the UK before making Hong Kong her home.

Joyce Chan – Project Manager & Office Manager
Joyce ChanJoyce joined Mannaz as Project Manager/Office Manager in July 2012. She was born and raised in Hong Kong and holds a degree in Economics and Sociology from the University of Hong Kong. Joyce has had over 15 years of solid office and project administration in a wide variety of industry and corporate settings. Before joining Mannaz, she has worked at two major universities in Hong Kong for postgraduate programmes and project administration. In addition, she has had exposure in multinational companies in office administration as well as organising international sales and marketing events. Joyce is now responsible for the setting up of and maintaining an effective office at the hub of Asia and at the same time ensuring quality project management for customers and the faculty network within Asia.
