Alfa Laval is a leading global provider of specialized products and engineered solutions. Its equipment, systems and services are dedicated to helping customers to optimize the performance of their processes (heating, cooling, separating and transporting products such as oil, water, chemicals, beverages, foodstuffs, starch and pharmaceuticals).

Alfa Laval and Mannaz started a partnership in the autumn of 2004 and still work closely together to improve the organisations project capability.

Mannaz is advising, implementing a common project management model as well as training al levels of the organisation in effective project management. From management A level to project participants.

Prior to the training sessions Mannaz completed a pre-analysis and a health check of selected projects in Alfa Laval. The recommendations comprised a more efficient way of completing projects, and they formed the basis of the implementation that takes place all over the organisation. From Sweden to Italy, from US to India and China.
