Henley is strong on business and management
Henley Management College was founded in 1945 to build management capability. Our motto and mission is ‘Building People – Building Business’ and this summarises our goal – to design and implement processes through which managers develop themselves so that their contribution to their organisation can continually grow.
Henley has created an international network of strategic alliances through which to deliver its programmes. There are nearly 7000 managers on Henley programmes from 90 countries each year.
Henley’s distinctive capability is in the provision of management education, to practising executives in work. The management modules of the CBL are structured in such a way to anchor the learning process centrally in your own organisation. Each management subject has an assignment – like a consultancy project – in which you have to demonstrate your mastery of the subject by applying what you have learned to your own organisation or to an organisation with which you are familiar. In so doing, of course, the organisation can benefit greatly from fresh insights and latest thinking on management issues.
The programme makes extensive use of Henley’s unique e-learning and e-library support environments. Complementing the face to face learning you receive CD-ROM based learning materials for each management subject module. The e-library also offers you a wide range of resources including commercial databases for company financial information, news, media, research, and journal articles. The web directory has fully researched links to relevant web sites and to a range of staff publications including academic journals.

Mannaz was founded in 1975 as DIEU, and is today Denmark's largest private supplier of competence development and organisational development. Our mission is to increase our customers' competencies through a unique mix of learning principles focusing on the transfer of theoretical knowledge into practical usage.

Your organisation is involved in the feedback process of a group exercise between the Foundations of leadership course and the Leadership Development course. The two leadership assignments, which you are required to undertake during the programme, demonstrate your understanding and insight regarding leadership, and it will add to your knowledge and competencies, since both assignments require a great deal of reflection and consideration on your behalf in order to solve them.
