Admission criteria
Executive CBL


If you wish to apply, you must submit an electronic application form, relevant certified copies of degree certificates and satisfactory business references. You find the electronic application form under How to apply.

To join the CBL programme you will need three years' of relevant managerial experience and a current position as manager - with employees reporting directly to you as their leader.

This ensures that CBL participants are equals able to provide each with a degree of relevant knowledge and sparring.

The Admissions Panel will also consider the following criteria:

  • An academic degree or equivalent qualification
  • Expected age: 30-50 years
  • Relevant references
  • Evidence of fluency in English (if it is not your first language)
  • Support from Employer

The management of Henley and Mannaz also welcome CBL applications from candidates with exceptional experience who may not meet all the formal criteria for admission.

Our Admissions Panel reviewsall non-standard applications for suitability. Candidates seeking to join might be required to attend a personal interview with a member of staff and to undertake other assessment processes.

Successful applicants will be sent an admission letter within one month.

Participants
The CBL programme is designed for practising managers/leaders. The applicant profile of the programme is executives and managers.

Each CBL class consists of a maximum of 30 participants in order to ensure the commitment and involvement of all participants throughout the programme. This number of participants also allows our faculty to employ learning methods involving individual feedback and sparring on personal leadership challenges.
