The CBL uses the CPI test and 6STYLES®
Executive CBL
We use the CPI® tool on the Executive CBL programme to enhance participants’ understanding of their own qualities as leaders. The CPI® tool creates a clear, comprehensible test profile showing a series of personal characteristics, for example relationships with people; thinking and problem-solving style; emotions, motivation and drivers; team-working styles; leadership styles; and selling and influencing styles.
The CPI is a highly reliable, multi-purpose personality questionnaire used throughout the world to predict behaviour. There is extensive evidence of its validity and it is supported by ongoing development. Continually refined and updated, it translates well across cultures.
The CPI® tool is useful for:
- Recruitment and selection
- Predicting behaviour in defined situations
- Developing managers and leaders
- Assessing leadership and creative potential
- Counselling
- Developing individuals
The CPI® tool is distributed through OPP Denmark.
6STYLES®
We use the reflection game 6STYLES® to help participants become more aware of the different leadership styles and aware of the fact that switching between styles is a strategic choice aimed at optimizing business performance. 6STYLES® allows participants' to act in different leadership challenges and through this vary their leadership styles, hence expand their repertoire and their way of thinking as leaders.
6STYLES® is based upon Daniel Golemans theory on six different leadership styles and it provides a profile on the competencies, strengths, weaknesses and style characteristics guiding individual leadership behaviour.
6STYLES® presents a number of pre designed problems challenging participants’ leadership preferences and competencies in different situations. Participants have to make decisions in a dynamic game of knowledge, roles, needs and qualifications.
