Framework
In the Real Life Coaching Lab, you will be coached by another member of your group on a personal or leadership dilemma chosen by you. This means that you will be coached in relation to your dilemma as well as given the opportunity to practice your own coaching skills in relation to someone else's dilemma. When you are not being coached or acting as a coach, you will practice reflecting on and relating to the dilemmas of others. In this way, you will obtain an overall insight into a broad repertoire of dilemmas and the associated scope for action.
The business psychologist manages the process and ensures that the reflections of the group are constructive and that you gain an understanding of your own and other people's dilemmas and the associated scope for action. Furthermore, the business psychologist will translate the concrete experience (mastering the situation) into your everyday life, in order that you gain an insight into how the method can be applied in terms of creating further learning and development in your workplace.
