As a full-service provider of competence development, Mannaz works with all means, media and channels providing customers with their desired learning experiences.
These media include e -Learning in various forms. Mannaz has always scrutinised new developments in virtual learning processes, and during the past few years when e-Learning has grown with the rapid development of new Internet technologies, we have focussed and defined our e-Learning concept as follows.
Our e-Learning concept
At Mannaz we always consider the best learning methods and media to achieve the expected results. Projects that include e-Learning are no exception.
We work with four different options to integrate virtual learning into a learning process:
1. e-Learning programmes
2. Virtual online learning solutions
3. Collaborative learning
4. Combined solutions
These can be combined in a number of ways, to meet the purpose and requirements of the task at hand.
Technology platforms
We can provide virtual learning solutions to cater for the technical infrastructure of our customers. To that end we can be flexible on the use of technology, Learning Management System architecture, or standard compliance (AICC, SCORM etc.). We work with a solution that meets the customer's requirements.
In-house compentency
Mannaz has competency in-house to manage the creation of the types of e-Learning programmes described above. This enables us to integrate the e-Learning development process in the overall programme development scheme in a seamless way. In this way we provide true benefit to our customers.
1. E-Learning programmes
Mannaz are able to develop e-Learning programmes for customers to meet their specific requirements. In doing so, we deploy the expert knowledge from our extensive network faculty to develop high quality learning programmes based on up-to-date content.
2. Virtual online learning solutions
Today's Internet technologies offer a wide scope of fully virtual online learning solutions, which cater for modern day organisations needing to manage their time and travel costs. For example, deploying virtual online learning solutions, e.g. virtual classrooms (i.e. synchronous e-Learning), enables members of Mannaz' faculty to provide their knowledge to learners within one or across several geographically dispersed organisations.
3. Collaborative learning
Human beings enjoy learning in a social context and Mannaz recognised this in its approach to e-Learning programmes. Inspiring participants to create networks and collaborate during their learning process can create shared understanding and develop new synergies within or across organisations. Such an environment is difficult to cultivate and can be a tremendous asset to multinational corporations.
4. Combined solutions
Combined solutions are combinations of traditional learning channels, e.g. the classroom, and virtual learning media as described in 1, 2 and 3.
On the virtual side, the combination may include one or more of the following:
