Two interns for internship

Do you want to be a part of an international organization and help us grow by implementing new HR initiatives? And are you a detail oriented person with great people skills? Then it’s you we are looking for as one of two new interns.

In Mannaz A/S we focus on creating effective solutions for organizations all over the world, by using innovative learning methods to develop leaders and employees as well as implementing value-adding solutions with a real impact for our clients.
Currently we are working on implementing new exciting HR initiatives to support our growing company. Therefore, we are looking for two interns, who can help us by supporting the implementation of these initiatives and make them become a reality. If you have interest in leading implementation of HR processes and digital solutions, the self-leadership to drive own assignments and projects, and are able to connect and relate to employees on every level in an international company; It’s you we are looking for.

In HR, we are working on several initiatives that are strongly connected from our growth strategy and are pivotal for scaling our business. Together with you we will define one or two key projects for you to work on combined with operational tasks supporting our strategic initiatives
Key tasks include
  • Support the redefinition of the on-boarding of employees and external consultants incl. implementation of a digital platform, which might include video production
  • Taking part of restructuring our global network of consultants
  • Data processing
  • Ad hoc assignments
The position reports to HR Consultant Simone Toftegaard.

Your qualifications / experience
  • You bring experience working in an international organization or you have been on exchange in relation to your studies
  • You have the abilities and drive for communicating in English with our employees all over the world
  • A HR related theoretical understanding as well as abilities and understanding of how to apply this theory in practice
  • An interest in digital solutions
Your personal skills
  • Driven, proactive and disciplined
  • Passion for people and leadership development
  • Detailed oriented and self-motivated but able to work as part of an HR team
