Client Director in Singapore

Then you may be the Client Director we are looking for to lead our Singapore presence. 

At Mannaz, we are expanding our APAC reach and are looking for a dedicated person to establish our presence in Singapore. Supplementing our Hong Kong office, you will be signed up as the director of the company and with your proven track record of developing client relationships, winning business, and designing and facilitating highly value adding programmes you will be our anchor in Singapore.

With support from our offices in Hong Kong, Denmark and the UK, you will be leading the development of a portfolio of clients as well as facilitating leadership development programmes, completing instructional design and account management. As Mannaz already have a presence in APAC and are working with global clients you will be supported by a strong brand that are looking to expand the regional reach.

To be considered for the position it is a prerequisite that you possess a valid visa for working in Singapore. 
Key tasks include:
  • Identifying and developing new clients
  • Managing existing client accounts as a true value adding business partner
  • Preparation and writing of proposals as well as presentations for both existing clients and prospects
  • Designing and delivering bespoke leadership & management development programmes and some consulting assignments with large, global organisations
The position reports to Head of APAC based in Hong Kong.

Your qualifications / experience:
  • A sound business and commercial acumen with strong background within business development
  • Design and facilitation of innovative and business orientated leadership and learning programmes
  • Experience from consultancy or as a highly experienced OD/LD professional
  • Relationship building and account management skills
  • Proficiency and certification in diagnostic tools e.g. MBTI, FIRO B, etc. is recommended
  • Fluent English – working knowledge of other Asian languages would be an advantage
  • A relevant master degree
