When we first started up our project management-training programme in Coloplast, we had three overall goals to have:

• an agreed project management language
  
• an international training programme
  
• the opportunity to support the career opportunities for project managers in Coloplast.
  

We now have a model that covers the generic project process for all small and medium size projects in Coloplast. Our basic project management training programme is offered internationally within the organisation and gives credits for a PMI-certification so that our employees can continue an international project management-training programme wherever they are located within the organisation. Last but not least we now have created a stronger foundation for our project managers to lead and contribute, with knowledge and experiences to projects throughout the organisation. Mannaz has participated in all the phases and in different roles through the entire process. Together we have developed project management in Coloplast and the skills of the workforce.
