If you want your projects to succeed, it is not enough to send off many of your employees to project management programmes that result in certification.
The training must take place in close collaboration with the development of the organisation in order to obtain the required professional lift. Otherwise it is like getting a drivers licence without having a car. It is vital that management be sufficiently equipped to prioritise the projects, that they have an overview of the amount of development initiatives, who and what the bottlenecks are, how projects are initiated, managed and completed, etc.
