- Measurement of "soft" success criteria – at individual, team and organisational level
- Early warning system which identifies pockets of resistance (and areas of good practice)
- Continuous tracking of progress against plan
Merger Coaching
Coaching individuals and teams to high performance in turbulent times
Outcomes:
- Channel and focus the people ‘energy’ appropriately
- Help individuals and teams clearly understand the new context despite the complexity and ambiguity of mergers
- Assist individuals and teams in defining their roles and creating a sense of accountability and responsibility

- Identify competency gaps in key people
- Retain key people to ensure commitment and ownership
- Review of key policies and processes, e.g. performance management systems to support the merger
