Quality in needs analysis
Success is based on clearly mapping the strategic business drivers for your learning agenda and combining this with a thorough understanding of your unique culture, values and specific challenges. This allows us to identify, with you, the relevant gaps, the desired results, and a realistic assessment of the resources required and available.

Our consultants encourage a broad business culture by being trained to listen, question and often challenge some of your assumptions during a thorough investigative process. In-depth mutual understanding is very important to us and we believe in long-term cooperation rather than a short-term "solve a crisis" mentality.

Quality and learning design
Choosing the best combination of learning vehicles is probably the most important element affecting overall value. In our experience, the best results are achieved during this stage when the customer's own experts and the Mannaz programme team work in close cooperation.

Naturally, the second vital factor is choosing the right faculty. After making your choice, you will be able to work jointly with the selected key faculty during the design phase. Finally, our code of ethics represents the last quality dimension in terms of dealing with sensitive information, transparency in all our processes including financial, and honesty in communications.

Quality through service
