Recently, Mannaz conducted an international study of innovation in leadership development. The study involved input from senior executives in 111 international corporations and 50 senior leadership facilitators representing more than 25 nationalities.
The study revealed a strong trend away from classroom-based lecturing and towards more real–life, real-time based development activities. Generally, best practices involved entire teams, rather than just the leaders, when leadership development was practiced most effectively.
