The Mannaz facilitators

Mannaz has a broad network of Danish and international, professional business psychologists, consultants, facilitators and coaches (UK: senior facilitators) for open educations and programmes as well as customised solutions. The network has a broad cultural background with many different nationalities and professions. The network is divided into three main subject areas: management development, programme and project management and strategic competency development.

Primarily, we find our international specialists at international conferences, international business schools, in scientific literature or they are recommended to us by others in our current network. Mannaz also works closely together with INSEAD in France, CEIBS, China Europe International Business School in Shanghai, Harvard Business School, the Wharton School and the University of Pennsylvania.

Practical experience and theoretical depth
It is crucial for the network that it has a combination of practical experience and deep, theoretical insight. People in our network share the same learning principles as our internal consultants and coaches. They are centred in reality and respect each individual while at the same time managing to create learning processes with a high, immediate value.

Several of the facilitators in our network have worked together for many years. This is also important for our many long-standing deliveries. Each facilitator is continuously assessed by participants in connection with specific processes as well as generally by Mannaz.

Our success depends very much on our ability to link the right facilitators, coaches and consultants to the company or to each programme. The need for specialists increases according to market demands for a broad supply of services. We are continuously looking for experienced, professional resource individuals – Danish as well as international – and due to our visibility in the market, we are often contacted by people who wish to be part of our network.
