Delivering competency development to companies, organisations and individuals is a complex business. Numerous suppliers and technological tools are involved and thus demand effective project management in all stages from design to execution. Quality is therefore a key word for all stages of deliveries, starting with identification of needs, development of programmes, choice of suppliers as well as completion.

Mannaz (formerly known as DIEU) was the first capability development company to be ISO certified in the 1990’s. In 1999 Mannaz/DIEU was the first Danish company ever to be awarded the European quality prize: the EFQM Excellence Award for small and medium-sized companies and in 2001 Mannaz/DIEU was elected the best place to work in Denmark and received the prize: Great Place to Work.

Mannaz offers international, qualified expertise from our offices in Copenhagen, Brussels, London and Berlin that deliver services to companies in more than 40 countries with local facilitators and consultants in close association with Mannaz’ representatives.
