Inger Buus joined in 2000 and is the Managing Director of Mannaz UK. Inger started her career in operations management with Rank Xerox UK before specialising in leadership development. She has over the past ten years designed and delivered customised leadership development to a broad range of global corporates. Inger is an accredited executive coach and facilitator. She holds an MA in French from Copenhagen Business School (1992) and an MBA from Cranfield School of Management (1997). Inger is a Visiting Executive Fellow at Henley Management College and a Chartered Member of the Institute of Personnel and Development. She is a Danish national who lives in the UK with her family.

Ita Dureke joined in 2009 and is Client Director of Mannaz UK. Ita began her career in retail management, working for the Brown Thomas Group, in the high-street subsidiary company called A-Wear as a manager. In the past 15 years, Ita has designed, delivered and evaluated management and leadership development programmes. She also has particular interests in identifying and sustaining behavioural change, engaging employees and capturing return on investment. Ita is a Chartered Business Psychologist and assessor for the British Psychological Society’s Division of Occupational Psychology. Ita is from Ireland and lives in the UK with her husband and children.

Uwe Napiersky, PhD, works as a Business Psychologist & Learning Architect in the Mannaz London office. He has solid theoretical background and broad experience in designing, delivering and reviewing learning and development processes and he translates customer needs into training, learning and development offers. His specialisation: Management Diagnostic, management development and executive coaching.

Celine Boulhaya joined Mannaz in March 2009 as the Office Manager / Team assistant of the London Office. She is a French national of mixed origins (half French / half Algerian) who came to live in UK in 1994. She studied in London and graduated with a BA (hons) in Applied Languages (English & Spanish) in 1999. Since then her career to date has been mainly within the hospitality and tourism industries and she has over 7 years experience in Office/ Operations Management and bookkeeping.

Elaine den Ouden, Client Relations, has a degree in Systems Engineering and 10 years experience within Learning and Development. She has worked in the London office for 2 years as a Project Coordinator for large international programme rollouts, but has moved into Client Relations Management to continue to develop business. Now based in Brussels, Elaine will build on her skills and experience to manage international clients, ensuring that solutions are designed and delivered to required needs. Elaine is a British national.
Fiona Gardner joined in October 2007 as a project coordinator and is based in the London office. She is a graduate in psychology and has recently completed her post graduate studies in Occupational Psychology. Prior to this she gained commercial experience around equity trading with a large financial institution. Fiona grew up in Zimbabwe and studied in the UK.

Lara Van Campenhoudt, joined Mannaz in November 2007. Holding a Masters in Law, Lara started her career as a legal consultant where she gained experience in project management and networking with global remote teams before taking a deep interest in implementing and managing global and complex Leadership programmes for international banks and firms. Lara is fluent in French and English. She a is a Belgian national with an international upbringing.

Melissa Prass, joined Mannaz in January 2010. Melissa worked for two years as a Program Planner and organized leadership development programs for McKinsey & Company, a management consultancy. Before joining McKinsey, she worked for an international education organization for two years and taught English to primary school students in Metz, France. Melissa studied French and Marketing at Providence College in Providence, Rhode Island and spent a semester abroad in Fribourg, Switzerland.

Victoria Bouix, joined Mannaz in 2009. In her most recent corporate role she worked as Development Leader for Ernst & Young Global - a role focused on developing global strategies for people development and a coaching culture for implementation worldwide. Victoria has also worked as Head of Management Development for the L’Oréal Management Development Center Europe located in Paris, where she implemented a number of leadership development programs focused on reinforcing the critical role of the manager as coach.

Cecile Nguyen Van, joined Mannaz in February 2010. She has spent the last 2 years collaborating with and contributing for Duke Corporate Education.
She studied in Bordeaux and Paris before spending 10 years working in different industries, mostly in Paris, going from the interior decoration sector through the banking sector and finally landed in Glasses Company where she was project coordinator.

Eva Buckstegge, joined Mannaz in April 2010. Graduated in Social Sciences Eva has been working in the field of Learning & Development for the last five years. Starting as a University Lecturer in 2005, Eva co-coordinated international research projects on worldwide coaching standards. As a leading Project Manager she guaranteed clients a smooth run of their programmes from training needs analysis to follow-up on delivery. Eva is German of nationality with international work experience.
