Inger Buus joined in 2000 and is the Executive Vice President of Mannaz EMEA. A Danish national, she has always worked internationally in European and global line and HR roles, both in-house and in consultancy. She started her career in operations management with Rank Xerox UK before specialising in leadership and organisational development. She has designed and delivered customised leadership development to a broad range of global clients. Her areas of expertise include entrepreneurship, strategic off-sites at c-suite level, high potential programmes, executive coaching, leadership development solutions, blended learning solutions, professionals and consultancy skills programmes.
Inger is an accredited executive coach and facilitator, has published in the national and international HR press, and holds an MA in French from Copenhagen Business School (1992) and an MBA from Cranfield School of Management (1997). She is a Chartered Member of the Institute of Personnel and Development.

Nathan Hobbs joined Mannaz in London as a Client Director in October 2010. His areas of expertise include executive and leader development, coaching, team development, executive assessment, and managing change within the HR function. Nathan was practice leader and consulting team manager with two rival firms prior to joining Mannaz. Nathan has significant experience of working within manufacturing, technology, energy and financial services in particular. He has a first degree in Applied Psychology from the University of Wales Institute of Science and Technology, and an MA in Management Learning from Lancaster University Management School. He trained with the Tavistock Institute of Human Relations as an organisational consultant.

Ita Dureke joined in 2009 and is a Client Director of Mannaz EMEA. Ita began her career in retail management, working for the Brown Thomas Group, in the high-street subsidiary company called A-Wear as a manager. In the past 15 years, Ita has designed, delivered and evaluated management and leadership development programmes. She also has particular interests in identifying and sustaining behavioural change, engaging employees and capturing return on investment. Ita is a Chartered Business Psychologist and assessor for the British Psychological Society’s Division of Occupational Psychology. Ita is from Ireland and lives in the UK with her husband and children.
Paul Blackhurst joined Mannaz as a Client Director in September 2011. He has delivered development programs in 45 countries and combines deep understanding of capability development with real-life awareness of commercial reality.
As a Chartered Marketer, he spent the early part of his career in B2B Marketing and Sales before moving into the world of training and development as a Program Director in the 1990’s. He was a Global Practice Leader for American Management Association before starting and running his own successful consulting business for 10 years. His areas of expertise include leader-manager development, coaching, blended learning and the transfer of learning into the workplace. Paul has worked with a huge variety of blue-chip organizations and has significant experience of working within the Telecoms, Healthcare and Financial Services sectors. He has a first degree in Engineering from the University of Birmingham, and an MBA from Bradford University. He also trained with the NTL Institute where he gained a Diploma in OD and he has an Advanced Diploma in Management Consulting from Henley Business School.
Charles Jones joined Mannaz as a Client Director in May 2011 and is a development consultant and chartered occupational psychologist. He has 15 years of experience of designing, delivering and project management of large-scale assignments in the areas of Leadership Development, Talent Management and Competency Development. In the last 5 years Charles has developed a deep knowledge of Executive Coaching .He previously was Head of Coaching at Right Management executive coaching practice and has a lot of experience within assessment/development centres. He is Psychometric Trained to Level A and B Standard, MBTI Qualified, and is a Chartered Psychologist (BPS), Member of International Coaching Federation, Member of Association for Coaching and Member of BPS Special Interest Group in Coaching Psychology.

In her most recent corporate role she worked as Development Leader for Ernst & Young Global – a role focused on developing global strategies for people development and a coaching culture for implementation worldwide. Victoria has also worked as Head of Management Development for the L’Oréal Management Development Center Europe located in Paris, where she implemented a number of leadership development programs focused on reinforcing the critical role of the manager as coach.
Valerie Schönfelder joined in early 2011 as a Client Director, EMEA. Valerie has over 30 years of international experience. She has served in both consulting and in-house management roles principally in Europe. Over the past seven years, she has custom designed integrated leadership development initiatives, facilitated programs around the world, as well as trained other facilitators. Prior to this, her primary focus was on helping organisations to identify and shift their organisational culture. In addition Valerie is an experienced executive and team coach. Born in the US, Valerie moved to Denmark to complete degrees in International Business and Economics. She has also lived in Austria and presently resides in Belgium with her husband and two children.
Celine Boulhaya joined Mannaz in March 2009 and is the Executive Assistant for Mannaz EMEA. She is a French national of mixed origins (French /Algerian) who came to live in UK in 1994. She studied in London and graduated with a BA (Hons) in Applied Languages in 1999, she is fluent in French, English and Spanish. Since then her career to date has been mainly within the hospitality and tourism industries and she has over 10 years experience in Office & Operations Management. Amongst other areas, Celine is responsible for the smooth running of the International office, events organising as well as being the main point of contact for the Mannaz Network of Associates.
Lara Langman, joined Mannaz in November 2007 as a Project Manager. Holding a Masters in Law, Lara started her career as a legal consultant where she gained experience in project management and networking with global remote teams before taking a deep interest in implementing and managing global and complex Leadership programmes for international banks and firms. Lara is fluent in French and English. She a is a Belgian national with an international upbringing.
Melissa Prass joined Mannaz in January 2010 as a Project Coordinator. Melissa worked for two years as a Program Planner and organized leadership development programs for McKinsey & Company, a management consultancy. Before joining McKinsey, she worked for an international education organization for two years and taught English to primary school students in Metz, France. Melissa studied French and Marketing at Providence College in Providence, Rhode Island and spent a semester abroad in Fribourg, Switzerland.
Heike Cronqvist joined Mannaz in November 2010. She holds a MSc in Human Resource Management from the London School of Economics and Political Science and is CIPD qualified. Before joining Mannaz, she worked 3 years as a Training Specialist at the London Head Office of Marriott International, Inc. There she conducted in-depth analyses of training needs, as well as designed, delivered and evaluated training programmes. Heike is a Danish national with German roots. She grew up in Luxembourg and studied in Germany and the UK.
Anna Prajs joined Mannaz in August 2011 as a Project Manager / Consultant. She is a polish national and holds a masters in Business Psychology from Gdansk University in Poland, and also trained in Psychotherapy and Counseling. She previously worked for Impact International and gained in depth knowledge and experience in the whole process of training and development, from need analysis, design, delivery as well as the follow-up process. During her 9 years there as a consultant, both in Poland and the UK, she had a wonderful opportunity to work in an international environment with a culturally diverse people.
Ewa Zbrzeska, joined Mannaz in September 2011 as a Project Coordinator in the London office. Previously, for over 5 years, she worked as Operations Manager for Marcus Evans London where she was responsible for project management of both open and in-house training courses as well as internal training. Back in Poland she worked in Event Management, organizing small & large scale events as well as methodology consultant & teacher of English for a leading language training provider and Warsaw University of Technology.
Sinziana Costache joined Mannaz in November 2011 as a Project Coordinator. After graduating from King’s College London with an MSc in Psychology she started working in the media industry, where she gained experience of project management and training. She developed a genuine interest for leadership management while being actively involved in the Debate club at University. Sinziana holds a CIPD Certificate and speaks French and German. She is a Romanian national with an international background.
